Yacht club lease questions still there

All the negotiations would go on the disputatious Red Wing Yacht Club lease along with the city after City Council action Monday night. The board sanctioned a resolution continuing the lease postscript in question, all set to go into effect from 1st May, contingent upon the city as well as club dealing with some pieces further. Kiwi yacht makes emergency stop in Bluff

A yachtsman from New Zealand is onboard a across the world ocean race boat which has had to make an emergency halt in Bluff. Spirit of Hungary is in the last in the fleet. And, Bluff is approximately halfway in the race and has offered a scope for repairs.

It was really a slow entry into Bluff Harbor for Spirit of Hungary. Sailors were at the sea since New Years Day and they were looking for fresh food. The co-skipper Conrad Colman from New Zealand told that he believes that they were looking for a pizza. A pizza three times the size of our head would be good.

The sixty-footer is participating in Barcelona World Race non-stop across the world from Spain and this docking pushed by the gear breakages. Colman told that Nandor and he have been running up and down the mast in quite tough situations attempting to deal with this trouble. And both of them have been been wounded in the whole process.

The yacht’s builder, designer and owner Nandor Fa required 4 stitches on his head after being flung across at the top of thirty meter mast. Star Sailors Final Assures stellar sporting display

Star Sailors Final has assured a stellar sporting display as the eminent sailing event returns to Nassau Yachting Club at Bahamas for its 2nd consecutive season this year. This time the event would commence with 20 boats fleet.

The competition would start from December 2 and would finalize on December 7.

The elite Bahaman sailing championship is not only just about sailing- in fact it has promised a thrilling week overdosed with high passion, emotion & dazzling action which is all set to render a unique power play of sailing spirit from a pack of champs. The good bit is that Star Sailors Final confirms a very easily understandable format which would be convenient for the non-sailing folks as well.

As ensured by the finale of SSL’s inaugural season in 2013, the new chapter in 2014 would be even bigger with higher number of champs as well as better refined technology engineered to immerse the viewers in a brief yet a very spectacular live-streamed racing event.
